• These terms and conditions govern the use of skrbl.com, skrbl.net, teamskrbl.com, ruveka.com, tweebo.com and other web sites & services (collectively referred to as skrbl) owned or operated by Ruveka inc. (hitherto Ruveka). By using these sites and related services you agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions (hitherto Terms of Use).
• Ruveka retains the right to modify the terms of use from time to time without notice, you agree to be bound by these changes which will be effective when posted on the site. • A valid credit card or paypal account is required for paid accounts only.
• Account charges are applied on a monthly basis. These charges are processed at the beginning of your accounts monthly cycle. In order to avoid a charge you must cancel before payment is processed for the next month. There is no prorating and no refunds.
• The monthly charge is not inclusive of any taxes, duties, tariffs, levies etc. You are responsible for all charges as may be applicable in your place of residence.
• Account cancellations are your responsibility. It is up to you to download your whiteboards, files etc before canceling your account.

• You must be 13 years of age or older to register or use skrbl.
• You, the registered user are responsible for all activity that occurs under your username. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You assume complete responsibility for your content. Your use of this site is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Published content Should you choose to publish your skrbl whiteboard for public viewing, you allow others to view, share and modify that content and grant Ruveka non-exclusive and free rights to enable the viewing, sharing and modification of said content world wide.
• Ruveka owns the service, website, application and database on which your data is exchanged and stored. You own your content and have the sole responsibility for managing it correctly. You must ensure that you do not use (share/post/publish) skrbl in any way that violates others copyright or intellectual property.
• We do not assume responsibility for user generated content. Content on whiteboards, graffiti & published pages etc. is user generated content and Ruveka does not offer any assurance as to its suitability, quality or accuracy. RUVEKA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT POSTED BY ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY this disclaimer includes, without prejudice, any liability arising from errors in content or any loss incurred as a result of the content.
• You agree that Ruveka owns all rights to the skrbl service and the skrbl name and associated copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property rights as recognized by US and international law. Ruveka reserves all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the skrbl service, the skrbl website and skrbl software and associated websites.
• skrbl is provided on an As Is and As Available basis. Your use of this service is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties express or implied.
• Ruveka reserves the right to control bandwidth. We may block select services or features if your bandwidth exceeds the norm.
• Video service is provided subject to availability. The video phone may not be available at times due to load or capacity constraints.
• Any content, data or other material stored or shared through skrbl is at your sole risk. You understand that content you download from whiteboards, graffiti or other services can damage your computer (for instance if it is infected by a virus). You agree not to hold Ruveka (and its partners, officers and agents) responsible for any damage that may result to your computer or for any loss of data that may occur.
• Third party websites linked from the our web sites are not within our control. Ruveka is not responsible for their content, products, services or other offerings.
• The following are absolutely prohibited.
• Use of skrbl for any Illegal activity.
• Interference with others use of the service.
• Violation of others privacy or rights.
• Unlawful, pirated, obscene or otherwise objectionable content.
• Violation of intellectual property rights or the unauthorized access of any proprietary information.
• Alteration, modification or any attempt to reverse engineer skrbl.
• Any form of mass mailing or spamming.
• Distribution of a virus, work, Trojan horse, or other such destructive code.
• Impersonation, by using others user accounts or otherwise in a skrbl session.
